Colio 2002 CEV 25th Anniversary Meritage

I am so glad I gave this wine 10 years to mature. I was rewarded with a lovely wine at its prime. Full body. Luscious ripe black fruit with some cedar notes. Long lingering finish.

Pairing: Prime rib, roast pork, lamb
